21 months

Age: 21 months old

Weight: getting alot heavier.....25lbs possibly

Length: tall for his age.....possibly 33-34 inches

Size: Size 5 diapers; 18 mos - 2T shirts, 12mos - 24 months shorts....yes we are all over the place in clothes!

Hair:  Got his 3rd haircut - the shortest it's ever been....gotta get our money's worth :)

Teeth: working on canines - STILL!

Sleeping: GREAT - 98% of the time....the other 2% is when he decides its fun to climb out of his pack and play at daycare ....still cant believe he has done this at least 3-4 times now there.

Eating: Excellent....he is getting really good at feeding himself with a spoon (yogurt, oatmeal, and applesauce) and is working on using his fork.

Movement: Loves to run and is getting really good about getting on and off our bed and getting on and off chairs. 

Milestones: 3 months away from turning 2

Favorite toys/activities: Cars, puzzles, and his popper

Dislikes:  HATES diaper changes on the changing table but does okay if changed on the floor and not a huge fan of teeth brushing when it's mommy or dada's turn to do the brushing.

Words/sounds: Continuing to add more words and signs each day...too many to keep track of.

Children's Museum Trip

The Wednesday before Katie's wedding we took a trip to the Children's Museum with Grandma Susie, Great Grandma Sandy, and Aunt Sara.   We all had a great time...including Clark who got his 2nd black eye (see previous post for the 1st black eye).  Clark figured both eyelids should be matching for the wedding ;)

Katie is now a Jewell

My sister - Clark's Aunt Katie - got married on August 6th......we were all a part of the wedding.  Matt was an usher, I was the Matron of Honor, and Clark was the cutest ring bearer ever.

Here's a first for you......

Clark got his first black eye a week before Katie's wedding........lovely!!!  He had a freak accident with a toy at daycare.  He was a trooper....swollen only a little bit and then it went purple and finally yellow and was almost gone for the wedding.
